Got a recovery email you did not ask for? Stop it with your cancel code

• A 24-hour wait

  Recovery starts after we confirm your email, then waits 24 hours before you can add a new passkey.

• The owner is told straight away

  We email the account address with a cancel code. If the request was not theirs, that code stops it, and so does signing in with a passkey.

• Everything old is signed out

  When the new passkey is added, all passkeys, signed-in sessions and API keys are revoked, and any mobile number, Google or Apple sign-in is unlinked.

• Withdrawals pause for 72 hours

  Trading and deposits work, but nothing can leave the account for 72 hours after recovery.

No passwords: withdrawals and API keys are approved with your passkey. Client crypto is to be held 95-98% in cold storage.
