Security
We only offer spot trading. There is no lending, no leverage and no staking, so your coins are not lent out or put to work elsewhere.
How we protect accounts and assets
Custody, cold storage, withdrawal checks and account protection, explained in full.
At launch, the target is 95 to 98% of customer crypto offline in cold storage. Only what day-to-day withdrawals need will sit in hot wallets.
At launch, customer assets will be held with a regulated third-party custodian, not only on our own systems. We will name it before launch.
There are no passwords to reuse or guess. SMS codes can be SIM-swapped, so withdrawals and API keys always need a passkey tied to your device.
Every withdrawal asks for your passkey again and an email confirmation. New addresses wait through a cooling period, and large amounts are reviewed by a person.
Keys for trading tools can read data and place orders. No API key can move funds out of your account.
From launch, check that your balance is in our reserves report and that customer balances are backed at least one-to-one.
