Deposit crypto on the right network

Always pick the same network on both sides. A deposit on an unsupported network can be lost.

Many assets exist on more than one blockchain. USDT, for example, can be sent on Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20) or Solana. Your deposit address is different for each network.

Open Wallet, choose Deposit and pick the asset.
Choose the network, and check the sending platform uses exactly the same one.
Copy the address, and the memo or tag if one is shown (XRP and TON need one).
Send a small test amount first if you have not used this route before.

Deposits are credited after the number of confirmations listed on the fees page.
