Accounts are open to adults worldwide, except residents of sanctioned countries and regions.

Croleo is open to customers worldwide. You must be at least 18 and verify your identity with a government photo ID, proof of address and a live selfie.

We cannot open accounts for residents of countries under comprehensive sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria) or of the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Sign-up stops at the country step for those places. Availability of each service also depends on local rules where you live.

Using a VPN or another person's details to get around the country check breaks our terms, and the account will be closed.
